At AIM, we take pride in fabricating sheet metal products that protect our nations war fighters. Our military vehicle identification panels, intended for use on heavy equipment and tanks, are manufactured to meet the highest Mil-Spec and ISO standards. Also serving the aerospace, automotive, medical, and HVAC industries, AIM offers an array of fabrication and finishing processes for low- to mid-volume production runs of popular metal materials.

Equipment and Capabilities
Our expansive 68,000 square-foot facility offers CNC automated equipment as well as manual processes, to meet your specific needs. We feature a 100 ton CNC turret press, two 3-Axis CNC press breaks, and a 60 ton iron worker, as well as 10 foot programmable shear machine and a 60 ton minister press. Our equipment enables our 100 employees to handle a range of lengths and widths, with a maximum length capability of 96 inches, and a maximum width capability of 48 inches. Our maximum thickness capability is .125 inches.

In addition to Mil-Spec and ISO standards, we also offer lean manufacturing and adhere to FDA standards. Our other services include assembly, fulfillment, inspection, and packaging.
