Equipment and
Capabilities
Our expansive 68,000
square-foot facility offers CNC automated equipment as
well as manual processes, to meet your specific needs.
We feature a 100 ton CNC turret press, two 3-Axis CNC
press breaks, and a 60 ton iron worker, as well as 10
foot programmable shear machine and a 60 ton minister
press. Our equipment enables our 100 employees to handle
a range of lengths and widths, with a maximum length
capability of 96 inches, and a maximum width capability
of 48 inches. Our maximum thickness capability is .125
inches.In addition to Mil-Spec
and ISO standards, we also offer lean manufacturing and
adhere to FDA standards. Our other services include
assembly, fulfillment, inspection, and packaging.
